General BOINC forum?

Is it possible for there to be a general BOINC forum? As perhaps a 3rd forum to the BOINC section? As there are threads in off-topic which are BOINC related, such as 'How did you discover BOINC?' which I didn't know where to put, so it ended up in off-topic.

And there is another General BOINC thread I'd like to start
