Had a rain water pipe get blocked - hadn't noticed it for days - so we let the water go - and ended up flooding the garage! - has taken us three hours to mop up and now waiting for it to dry out.
Now got to re-box things as well as put them "safe" so that if it happens again, these items will be clear.
Fortunately, got a few pallets, so can stack things up on them....wish I'd put the stuff on them before hand.
regards,
Tim

Re: TIRED
probably too late but cat litter is very good for soaking up the last bits you can't sweep out.
Its very good for spilled oil too (just in case you ever spill oil
).
PS
dya ever type a word and it just doesn't look right, spilled is doing it to me right now

Thanks for the tip - fortunately, we were able to sweep out most of it - as well as using some spare cardboard to "soak" up the excess.
Then just had to open both garage doors (at both ends) and let the sunshine and warm air do the rest.
Mostly gone now - just a few spare patches.
BTW: Spilled *is* probably wrong - think the correct word is SPILT.
