I think it boils down to whether you want to become a multi-billionaire on one project or a single billionaire on multiple projects?

The first is easier, as Collatz (generally) are slightly more generous than most, giving out more credits per hour spent crunching.

OTOH, being a billionaire on a range of projects sharing your computing prowess, might also be good for the soul
