Error when showing recent posts.

Had an error on the board.  Went to Forum index, selected 'show posts since last visit', Looked at one of them, posted a reply then went back to index and selected show new posts again.

got the following:-

Could not insert search results

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1062 Duplicate entry '45823694' for key 1
