As a Team, we really want to engage as many team members with these challenges, as this gives us a great way of attracting more members to our Team...plus we get to show our strengths as a Team by (hopefully) doing well in each one.
SETI.Germany invites all BOINC teams to the SETI@Home Wow!-Event 2012. It takes place from 15.08.2012 up to 29.08.2012.

I followed your link but I'm a little unclear about the sign up process, is this a challenge that we participate in as a Boinc team, or do we divide into Zodiac teams (which sounds like it might be quite an interesting idea) for the duration of the Event?
This WOW Event Josh, is very Special my Friend, so everybody participate in his Individuell Zodiac Sign. So you can see Team SETI.Germany stay not in 1 Team, Seti Germany stay in 12 Teams. By TeAm AnandTech or Team SETI.USA same.

I added my name to "Cancer" Team - maybe your website didn't like the fact that I entered the wrong ID the first time, so it gave an error (to me) and I re-tried a second time.

It does put a bit of a damper on the start of the WOW event, though the outage is only for 2 days and the event is for 14 days.....so, plenty of time to catch up - as it'll be affecting everybody
But once they power up, any completed WU's you have in your cache will be uploaded soon enough...
