Re: BOINC & Gridcoin
Nice article; it mentions and explains about a few Cryptos that I had not heard of before.

Hi
Seems they missed a bit of editing/proofing as they mention and link to Bitcoin Utopia, which is on hiatus but showing no signs of coming back.

One would have thought that with BTC at such a "high" value that they would be getting the BU website back up and running...plenty of dosh to be made both for the projects and for the BU admins.
OTOH, one might be better to consider mining the BTC oneself...after all, a few of us still have the kit, lying around doing ...unless of course you've already started using it for your own "cash reserves"

regards

Re: BOINC & Gridcoin
In case anyone is interested, this is a proposal by one of the GridCoin developers on how to remove mandatory team requirements (step by step) so any BOINC cruncher can earn them no matter what team they are a part of, etc.
Please note that this proposal it is quite technical, in terms of Cryptocurrency eg POS, POR, Blocks, Staking, Dynamic Witness.
