gridrepublic is out another BOINC AMS to help try to manage BOINC
Personally I hate it, don't like it, think its CRAP
I would use BAM any day a lot more features and fully developed, most bugs out of it now

Yup that's one of the reasons not to support it, I would stick with BAM!, it supports the majority of the projects out there that are capable of been supported by an AMS. The other reasons are various reasons like, BAM! is linked into BOINCstats so you click a link and all your stats come up too something GridRepublic can't do.UBT - Simon wrote:bah only 9 projects supported bah humbug not even gonna bother exploring deeper
Edit: And the other big reason is they use a branded version of BOINC its outdated and they don't make it clear anywhere that you can just attach ti the AMS through adding the URL to your existing BOINC setup

My posts have caught the eye of D.Anderson, got an email from him in my inbox this morning
Rushing off to work now but his email is within this thread at BOINCstats
and also a thread to read if your interested at all on SETI
Have sent my concerns etc to D.Anderson and also made him aware that GR has upset the apple cart with a Developer and tester of the AMS software, will wait and see what he has to say
PS: It was a nice e-mail he sent me, so I sent him a nice one back too
