When one OS is stored on each disk:
Go to start menu and click run.
Then type sysdm.cpl and press OK.
Then click on the advanced tab and under 'Startup and recovery' click Settings.
There you have options for the boot, should be able to tick 'Time to display list of operating systems' etc

Is it fixed yet?
If not post a screenshot of Startup & Recovery page and also a listing of what is inside the file that appears when you click edit on that page.

Way back (about 3 years) we used to install linux and we needed to setup grub when we were installing it. Did you do that bit?

It was an option when I used to install it!
one way to boot into it is to change the bios to boot from the other hard drive first! (Sometimes pressing f8 at the bios screen gives you a menu)
