We got 2 UOTD in 1 day today! Even though I don't like QMC I got it today (no use sweet talking me guys - I still don't like it!)
BTW It hasn't come out right on the mainpage of the site and looks a bit naff! Anything I can do to get rid of the [img.... bit's under the dalek?
[edit] Just gone up to 3!

I'm pretty sure there must be others, who have either yet to join the forum (and announce their award) or have joined but maybe forgot that they were a UOTD at sometime or other.
But to get the 50 up is still a great accomplishment....!

In which case, as long as you have entered a "profile"
and have uploaded a suitable image (of something) on any particular project, then you *might* be awarded a UOTD award from that project.....
(The image needs to be uploaded from the box at the bottom of the profile - don't just add an image link into the text space for the profile itself - it has to be separate...! )
And you stand more chance of getting such an award if you add a profile to each and every project you've joined...!

We don't include LHC because of the random nature the project takes in selecting a UOTD. Not sure if it still does but it used to select the last or newest participant as it's UOTD until someone else came along and they became UOTD.

Can be, but at least they usually last for 24 hours! With LHC they can change everytime you visit!

It seems LHC@Home now don't change whoever is UOTD everytime you visit.
Downside is they don't display the UOTD on the main page! So I don't know where
MyBOINCget their info from!

If you look here:

you'll see that UBT - Rick Horn is UOTD right now !!
As for whether it's "worthy" - if it gives the Team some "extra" exposure, then course it is !! 8)

Yeah - but who's going to go to that page though? People visit the site usually to check other things, seeing a UOTD in passing - you shouldn't have to go hunting for it!

LHC is now listed on the
myboinc main website along with most others. XtremeLab is still missing though.
