UK BOINC Team Forum

Hi Folks,

Not long joined BOINC, i downloaded it two days ago and have already done 8 units in 2 days so i hope to be able to contribute a bit to the project.

I am a college student who was researching some information about SETI and thought i would have a look at it when i got home, and after reading a bit more i decided to download it onto my fairly new built PC which has managed to crunch numbers at blazing speeds with a quad-core already.

I originally joined a team (who's name escapes me now) for the first 2 days but i then came across the UK BOINC team and decided to join the fellow Brits.

Bring on 1st place!
