I have had to get rid of CPDN because it was taking a long time to compete.

So after a bit of thought i decided to get rid. So i can do other projects.
The button "Detach" was not highlighted so i have reset the project to try and remove the project.

I don't think it has worked..

Can someone help. Ta ..

A ha..

That did it. Thankyou for you help

So i take it that GridRepublic is based on BOINC.

So dose that mean that I am outsider and i will get lots of problems with the software that i am using.

I don't think i have had any software problems ... (Yet)   lol

But this came up ..

open up your boinc manager.

click the advanced menu
find 'defect from grid republic'

then when you've registered with bam http://www.boincstats.com/bam

There are instructions to use bam else where on the forum here and at boincstats.

Do not attach to BAM! until you have sorted out the backend options otherwise you may well loose all your work.

thats if you do defect from GR

If you do ensure you have set up the options in BAM! to ensure that each project is attchaed to rather than detached

Thanks simon doing that now.

But it won't let me attach a new manager because it can't find me on GP.

All project have been suspended until i get this right...
