To install a skin,

Goto the BOINC directory and create a file called skins

Then take a peek around here

A list of available skins that have been uploaded to the site are available for download either .exe or .zip files

The files need to be installed to the skins folder

so for a .exe file when the install to location box comes up make sure you point it in to the location of the BOINC/skins folder and click install

for a .zip file just extract the files into the BOINC/skins folder

To view the skin open BOINC go into view menu then to simple view, click on the preferences button and the skin option is near the top.

Cool, got them all, space is my fave.

Space is good looking but the words need to be a different colour - the project titles are in black and sort of disappear into space.  They need to be red, yellow or white really.

I find the plainer ones easier on the eyes.  The orchid one is almost impossible to read!
