The above seminar is being held in Geneva, Switzerland, from 20-21st September 2006.

Well, their wording is ambiguos then !!

Objective of the workshop
The objective of this workshop is to share information about BOINC and projects running on BOINC through short presentations and informal discussions, in a relaxed, open and friendly atmosphere. The workshop aims to stimulate new developments and activities related to BOINC, by allowing users to share their experience and requirements, giving developers the opportunity to outline their plans, and stimulating new collaborations between participants.

Who should attend
Anyone who is actively involved with BOINC is encouraged to attend. This includes anyone operating a BOINC project, developing BOINC, deploying BOINC, or interested in expanding the usage of BOINC.

Now this above can be read in TWO ways, and hence is ambiguous, as you'd expect, having been written by Americans, who don't understand English !!

Just take it from what it says on the last sentence - Which is project developers & people majorly investing time developing BOINC and making it better.

Ordinary people really don't count, they will filter out those type of people on any emails of interest.

also it has been mentioned on email lists that the above is what they are looking for
