Hi all
Well, that's another milestone "ticked off" for 2021
Now at 100,133,010 on PrimeGrid and with 5 tasks still "In Progress" and 10 in "Pending" - alll of which are "Wieferich and Wall-Sun-Sun" tasks, which are worth 12,000 credits each. So another 180,000 credits to come
Now to try and reach the 1m mark on various other CPU projects such as SiDock and vdwnumbers, whilst keeping BOINC Manager set to "Allow new work" on some seemingly "dead" project (such as RNAWorld, CAS@home, BURP, VGTU, MindModelling and iThena) on a "just in case" basis .
regards
Tim

Re: 100 million on PrimeGrid
Hi Tim,
Congratulations on your 100 million
(As far as I'm aware, all those projects are truly dead ... apart from iThena which just started up again recently, there's work to be had at present)
Mark

Hi Mark
Thanks for the congrats...I've only been a member of PG since 11th Aug 2005, so it's been a long time coming
re: The "dead" projects mentioned
There's always a chance one (or more) might re-start...and it does no harm to leave BOINC Manager requesting tasks, even if it falls on deaf ears...(and as long as an "active" CPU project ls crunching at the same time).
regards
Tim
