And apparently, you can buy BIOS upgrades for AMD GPu's on fleabay:

However, upgrading to just 29.5-30.5 MH/s for ETHEREUM, seems like a waste (unless someone else can enlighten me) as a small Antminer can do 1.6GH/s and thats just running on a 5 V rail....
I'd have thought these GPU's could do far better than 30 MH/s...???

You cannot mine Ethereum on ASIC devices, that was part of the design.
I am guessing the hashrate is quite low as these are AMD RX570's.
