Something is Wrong

Post by UBT - Halifax-lad »

Help :!:  :!:

Something is up here but don't know what at all.

Problem 1

When I click on a link from any web search I am re-directed to sites that are not what I wanted at all

Problem 2

Something is creating files in the Temp Folder within the Windows Directory

All the files have similar names such as:

(1)winE7.tmp
(2)win68.tmp.exe

Can't find out anything about problem 2 as I can't search about the problem due to problem 1

Anti-spyware says there is nowt hiding any where, have tried it on several programs

Currently doing an on-line scan for viruses don't trust the anti-virus at the moment there must be something hidden on the system somewhere

Ideas anyone

Downloaded Panda Platinum 2006 Internet Security for now seems to be doing the job alot better than my old one.

Now I just need Webroot to make its self a nice Internet Security package
