New to the team, I've been running BOINC since 2010, and a long time ago I'd had the old SETI classic running. Just used to let it run in the background and didn't really pay attention to the credit part of it. Taken much more of an interest in it this year after discovering the score tables and more recently the teams aspect of it. Its become a bit addictive!
My hardware is pretty old, but was very impressed when I got my first GPU enabled at the beginning of the month, and doubled my total credit in one month. I've now ordered a new CPU & GPU specifically with my BOINC scores in mind; so hoping to gain credit faster still and make more of a contribution and work my way up the tables!
