Wasted the whole of yesturday with my pc just counting up the completion time on both wcc and protien predictor sat at 100%.
nightmare day.
at least the 2 slow works p.c's were still doing there stuff for me.
could not connect to host was the problem i think so had to restart the p.c. in the end to get it all back up.
may be a problem with vista beta 2 ????
think i will crunch what i have left and go back to xp for when machine is unattended.
