The Clean Energy Project

WCG has just rolled out another project, The Clean Energy Project.
It is trying to make a new generation of solar cells using organic molecules.
WUs are around 8 to 18 hours.
Minimum quorum is 2, initial replication 2.
Edit: phase 1 is likely to end before the end of this year.

Sounds like my sort of project - we've just had an initial meeting with a supplier to discuss installation of solar panels next year!
I'll give some WUs a go and see how they perform.

I've just got a couple of these.
I notice that the quorum is 2. Makes a change for WCG! Might be a problem though for validation as the 'return time' is 20 days. If your wingman detaches or stops you'll have to wait that long for the resend.

Done 2 to try them out 1st valid after 1 day 2nd valid after 5 days ...17.6 hrs 349 granted and 18.3 hrs 360
About the same credits as every other project on WCG with my E4500.

Phase 1 of CEP will close shortly, probably in September.
There will be a phase 2, but there are no indications as to when this might start at the moment.
