How much did you crunch over the weekend?

This section is where you can post topics related to Challenges from other websites, such as Formula-BOINC, SETI-Germany and BOINCstats, as well as project challenges such as from WCG, PrimeGrid et al.

As a Team, we really want to engage as many team members with these challenges, as this gives us a great way of attracting more members to our Team...plus we get to show our strengths as a Team by (hopefully) doing well in each one.

PS: I have moved lots of topics into this section where they are relevant...as you can see, we've always been happy to take part in Challenges...and long may that continue ;-)

How much did you crunch over the weekend?

Post by DJH@GB-Ro »

I'm starting this thread now so people can take note here of how much credit they have before the weekend and see how much they crunched over the weekend!

I was on a feeble 31 on Friday night. So I'll take that away from what I have on Monday morning and answer the poll!

I've voted already as there is only 10 mins to go.

I got 846 verified so I voted 500-1000

I actually have 225 pending too but they aren't likely to appear in the next 10 mins!

My PC isn't going to finish another Einstein before midnight, so I've switched my BOINC back to normal.

I know I'm not crunching to the same level as some, but I'm pleased with my 1000+ credits for the cause!

About 2,000 I think but for Rosetta rather than Einstein. Had a lot of other things going on and missed reading the Master's missive  about switching to Einstein. Oh dear, that'll be a big black mark on my copy book at the very least!

I think he is keeping tabs on both projects this time, because of the late change over.

Still 2000 for the team, whatever project though. Double what I managed. Good job!

I did Ralph only but after these last WU's I will do it no more, my computer definitely has no problems running Rosetta and RALPH will soon be coming to an end.

The memory bug is fixed, the 1% bug won't be too long off before that has gone after that the problems with Rosetta will be gone, so RALPH probably will only be used once in a blue moon after that just to test science code

I started on about 39,605 and ended on 40,556 - so that's about 951 credits in two days using:

two "clunkers" - too old to name and shame
a P4 2.4Ghz
a P4 3.0Ghz (with HT)

But I have 599.69 in the "pending section" - so it will help for next week, when I switched back to other projects.

regards,

Tim

262 + 187 pending

Bit disappointing but as I forgot to leave the computer on over Friday night it'll do! :)

About 930 with 100 pending ??, as I left most machines running on Einstein over night so only submited 500 to 1K.
