Spell checker facility (when posting/answering a topic)

Post by UBT - Timbo »

Hi Darren,

Silly question this - but got to ask, as my mind works faster than my fingers....!

In the "Post a new topic" facility, is there a way for a spell-checker to be included?

Not sure if a "mod" would do it, or some other "tweak". But it might be useful....!

regards,

Tim

There is a spellchecker out there for the boards, was looking at it the other day, however its rather slow and horrid and it also introduces banner ads into its spell facility in order for it to fund itself.

Download the Google toolbar for your browser that has a built in spellchecker and is also ad free

Here is an image of what the spellchecker would look like if someone used it in the forum if it was installed

The colored boxes are where Ads would be, they would only appear if a user chooses to spell check and they have spelling mistakes. So it wouldn't affect the group too much as they only appear for a user when spellcheck is used
