Hi all,
As of 9pm tonight, we've gone through the 63 million credits mark....
Well done everyone,
So, what does this say about us?
1) We have the highest daily RAC of all, in the UK....no other team generates more credits per day than UBT.
2) We're catching up with OcUK
3) We're UK #1 Team on the majority of projects and maybe sometime, we'll be #1 on EVERY project (although some might take quite a while to achieve).
4) We've got another 37 million credits to go before the end of the year....so can we hit the 100 million mark? 8)
(Answer to #4: If we continue to average 200,000 credits per day (or so), then over the next 249 days (until year end), we might just possibly add a further 49.8 million credits to our current total....so, we'd have around 112 million by the end of December.....
And we'd be 25 million credits closer to OcUK....who are currently 68 million ahead of us....so, anyone up for at least another 3 YEARS of crunching???? )
regards,
Tim

Not possible BBC project is a no no as its more or less closed down now, I can see the site vanishing altogether in the not so distant futureUBT - Timbo wrote: maybe sometime, we'll be #1 on EVERY project (although some might take quite a while to achieve)
PS: Well done all on such a good achievement

So if the site vanishes altogether then that's one less project to be #1 for - result!UBT - Halifax--lad wrote:Not possible BBC project is a no no as its more or less closed down now, I can see the site vanishing altogether in the not so distant futureUBT - Timbo wrote: maybe sometime, we'll be #1 on EVERY project (although some might take quite a while to achieve)

Quite agree, if things stay as they are....but it MIGHT be possible for BBC CCE members to join us, and bring their credits with them....in which case, we have a chance to make up some of the gap....UBT - Halifax--lad wrote:Not possible BBC project is a no no as its more or less closed down now, I can see the site vanishing altogether in the not so distant future.....
Of course, if the project shuts down and the stats XML's are no longer exported, then any credits will be frozen - and hence cannot be moved....
So, maybe we need to do a BBC recruitment drive? And grab some members before the stats are perhaps locked?

Tim

Stats do not vanish when a project vanishes they stay where they are on the stats services, so it won't be one lessUBT - Mikeejones wrote:So if the site vanishes altogether then that's one less project to be #1 for - result!
