Enough water on Mars to cover the planet

Recent measurements have shown there is enough water to cover Mars with 11 metres of water

I rekon there's life on mars if water has been found their, probably a microscopic bacterial type and in very deep cracks where there could possibly be enough heat from the planets core to stop the water from freezing. :?

probably a microscopic bacterial type and in very deep cracks

You can get antibiotic creams for that.
