yes, they are only rosetta
On boincstats homepage, the top menu option on the left is Boinc Combined follow that down to what you want.

Just click on any project for stats on that particular project or click BOINC combined to view overall scores

No not really as the stat services rely on the XML files the projects put out, which varies between projects SETI is once a day for example.

You could always attemp to build your own and use the WAP service the projects use

Yes, sort of. There is BoincWapStats but, unfortunately, the author and owner of the web site seems to have disappeared and the web site is not working properly due to a mySQL upgrade.

There are mirrors, I provide one, but the mirror scripts do not include the bbCode facilty and so, are limited to HTML if full function is required.

The scripts can be downloaded here if anyone wants to have a look and see if they can fix the bbCode issue.
