I found TN-Grid and signed up, but I can't attach it to BOINC. It's not listed on the Add Project screen
Help anyone

Re: TN-Grid
I don't see it in the list of projects on my Linux computers either. I use a BOINC manager, BAM, but if your just using the add project on the tools menu you should only need to enter the TN-Grid address in the address box at the bottom of the window.
Add this: http://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/
That should get you going if you already set up your account. Actually even if you hadn't already signed up you could have done that as well. It should have even asked for an invitation code if the project requires it.
Invitation code: science@tn

Re: TN-Grid
You timed that well as the project "randomly" selected for the FB Sprint over the last weekend was TN-Grid.stephenhunter wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 5:01 pm It worked, thanks for that.

However, as a team we only finished 18th out of 26 teams.
The next Sprint is this coming weekend, so keep an eye out (link below) for the announcement on 1st Sept at 9pm UTC.

There's another Sprint this week as well from 9pm UTC, 8th September until the same time on 11th September:

Project announcement will happen when the Sprint starts.

Dear all, I am very excited to announce that a new bigger dataset of Vitis vinifera transcriptomic data (Vespucci) is now available for OneGene expansion. The number of experiments has more than tripled. We are still using the results from the previous analyses, finding very interesting gene associations and producing amazing gene networks. We now expect to improve and refine them with this new collection of runs. Many thanks to all of you.
