Linux Tasks Available

Post by chriscambridge »

https://www.cpdn.org/server_status.php

There are currently 119 UK Met Office HadAM4 at N216 resolution tasks available (Linux).
PCs running a 64bit Linux operating system MUST have 32bit compatibility libraries installed in order to run climateprediction.net models.

See this post (https://www.cpdn.org/forum_thread.php?id=8916) in the Unix/Linux forum for more details on specific installation instructions for some common distributions of Linux.

Discussion about this topic can be found in a different thread here. (https://www.cpdn.org/forum_thread.php?id=8008)

Thanks for the heads up.

I'm on WCG currently and will try to stay on that aside from the next sprint.
