WCG help

Post by UBT - Chris Suddick »

I've created an account on WCG and joined UBT but I can't connect to the project to get any work. It asks me for an account key which it says should be e-mailed to me but it hadn't been. I've logged on to my account on WCG and clicked everything in sight but cannot find this elusive account key. I even claimed to have forgotten my password so that it would e-mail me to check that I've set the address correctly.

So, how do I get this account key? Any ideas?

Regards,

Chris.

Thanks Dave. You're help didn't directly solve it but it helped me find the right place. I had looked there before and it wasn't there. The problem seems to be that if I navigate to the WCG site via the UBT website then I don't get the full screen of info and the account key is omitted. If I go directly to the WCG site then it is OK. This is probably a cookie related problem and seems to be related to the problems I once had logging in to this forum.

Anyway, problem solved and I'm ready for the weekend crunch.

Regards,

Chris
