Apache Flink and new RPi 4

Hi all
I just saw an article on the new Raspberry Pi 4 and someone said they use these types of devices for an applicatioon called Flink, which I'd never heard of before:
https://flink.apache.org/flink-architecture.html
But there are impressive specs for the Pi 4: 1.5 GHz quad core ARM CPU, USB 3.0, dual HDMI, WIFI, Bluetooth v5, upto 4Gb RAM...and all on a tiny 3½" x 2" PCB...!!
And starting from GBP 33 (GBP 55 for the 4Gb RAM version).
regards
Tim
