That was past my bedtime :)

At least there's some overlap in activity.

Seems to be running out of work, I was sitting at 256 in progress for most of the time earlier.

Must be almost bedtime for you guys. Don't worry, I'll keep plugging away at MindModeling while you sleep. Maybe I can get to 5 million before Woodles does! lol

Tim, are you getting the Native Python v2.7 Application (Cross Platform) v1.14 (sse2NoXP) tasks? Flipping between 1.1 and 1.4 credits per 80 - 100 second task with the occasional 100 - 110 second tasks getting 1.8 credits.
Hi Mark

Yup - that's the category of tasks that I've been getting...had 180 of them !

Here's an example:

https://mindmodeling.org//workunit.php?wuid=30359902

131.14 seconds run time and 0.31 credits.

regards
Tim

Found my problem:
05/05/2020 20.30.11 | MindModeling | Message from server: Native Python v2.7 Application (Cross Platform) requires 1.97 KB/sec download bandwidth. Your computer has been measured at 1.96 KB/sec.
Pretty sure I've got more than a 2kb download speed!
Remove the project and add again, all running happily.

Very likely if you're managing 100k in twelve hours! I have a single eight core host on it averaging about 400 credits an hour
My only hope is that they run out of work :handgestures-fingerscrossed:

Just checked and mine have fallen off now. ~0.8 credits for 85 seconds ... with the occasional dip to 0.25 credits :o

The site page shows the current projects.
https://mindmodeling.org/

Each time the tasks only last a day or so then there seems to be a month break. Just have to keep the project attached and requesting tasks.

Hi

I've been getting that as well. Reset and ok for a few hours then re-appeared. On the third reset now!

Had the message again through the night so sitting idle this morning, another reset (and cancel/download work) and running again.

Now I remember why I stopped running this project :(

It was a struggle but I got over 200K points out of this round. If I can eventually pass Nicksphone and pull into 2nd place behind Woodles I'll be happy. It would be nice if they have some bigger tasks next time.

MindModeling tasks are available right now. Seems they just started a new project. Get them while they last!

I seem to be only getting tasks on my Linux boxes. None of my 5 Windows boxes got any tasks. All my Linux boxes filled right up.

I think it's just a pause. It seems to be the pattern. If you look at the main project page it shows this new project is only 6% done so far. I suspect it will be back giving out tasks fairly soon. Keep your client asking for MM tasks.

Oh they're still asking, I just noticed there were idle cores so I've put Wanless back on as a 0 share backup project.

Surprisingly after the sprint, Wanless is back up and running :o
