Mini Rossetta
Too many restarts with no progress. Keep application in memory while preempted.
When a work unit got resent, it was done ok http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/worku ... =165191443 refers.

Had a look around and there's only this I can find...

Have you set 'Leave applications in memory while suspended? = yes'

Haven't done Rosetta for months so I can't help further. If it's still bust for you report it to the Rosetta forums and see if they can help.

Have checked out the message boards @ Rosetta. New version of application being used [Think it was 5.98], seems to be causing all kinds of problems to a lot of people. Think I will give this a rest for a while till they sort it all out. Plenty of other "OFFICIAL CRUNCH"  related projects to go at in the meantime...
