$20K to $8K in a few months, seems mad until you realize it went from $1K to $20k in about a year!

Like I have always said, never invest more than you can afford to lose..

Personally I have stuck to that and have got most of my investment from mining and clever trading; so I am in this for the long run of 5-10 years.

I guess only time will tell if that was a wise "gamble" or not.

It's almost looking like a good time to buy now, if only it could be guaranteed to be $20k next December ...

I think you have to see it as a gamble, with quite good odds (relative to say the lottery or horse racing etc).

If you can make 200%+ in less than a year with quite low odds, then I personally think its worth taking a small gamble on.

Coinify is the one easier and best place to buy Bitcoin with a debit or credit card, in case anyone wants to take a punt!

If you do you will need a Bitcoin (etc) wallet, one of the easiest, and best (as it can hold multiple cryptos, and has inbuilt exchanging) is Exodus

Hi

Should a bank stop you from spending on a credit card if you're within limits and compos mentis? Lloyds says yes (or no you can't).

Yeah I just read about this; I guess you will have to use a debit card instead!

Its strange that the banks will let you use your credit card to excessively gamble at a bookies or casino, or buy excessive amounts of alcohol, but not to buy Bitcoin and other crypto.
