No GPUGrid work units

Hey guys

I received about half a dozen work units then nothing from GPU grid, I checked the server and there are pleanty to be allocated (202000).

Can anybody help me out as to why, my resource share is at 100% as are all my projects.

I'm a little stumpted.

Re: Bitcoin - $10,000...

Seems like I did ok on Bitcoin when I did. I owned approx 11% of a coin in August (roughly £330) and sold it the day it passed £8000 on December 7/8 and I got £1105 in return. Paid for the golden gravel on my driveway lol Everytime I walk on it now I think, "That was a good investment"....If I'd hel...

Re: cars.com sells for: $872,320,000 (872 Million Dollars US)!

On the subject of domains, when I had my last business I decided I wanted a catchy name so I bought bazinga.co.uk and whilst working on the site one night I checked out trade marks. Turned out CBS only bought the trademarks for bedsheets and t-shirts/clothing here in the UK, so i spent the £20 and g...

Re: Another 100 BEEELION club member

Won't be me for a while, I'm still crunching but slower lol That being said I've just found out that Google,Facebook and Microsoft ALL upgraded their cloud servers towards the end of last year and they've just dropped thousands of Xeon E5's on Ebay from as little as $40. I may need a little side pro...

BOINC on Consoles

Hey folks

Sorry not posted in a while I overdosed on hobnobs so had to let them clear my system.

Does anyone know if you can run BOINC on an Xbox one?, seems a shame to let it sit there all day doing not much.

After a new gpu (bk to 1 again) and a new motherboard we found out it was a stick of ram that was broken....new ram fitted and up and running again...that was an expensive lesson to learn. Ahh well af...

Cheers Tim I had to take it out, after a while both cards stopped working I got the impression that my 850w PSU was struggling to cope with 2 high end cards. I am currently scouring ebay for a replacement so hopefully i'll be trying again next week. MSI Afterburner btw did the trick, I just turned t...

I'm all up and running (eventually) now to contend with the heat my system is producing. I'm already beginning to question my system after it overheated and crashed last night. Half a day of cautionary checks later it's back crossfired, moved onto my desk next to an open window....not an ideal solut...

I've created an app config file it is working (both) but now each task is taking twice as long.

Whereas before it was 24 seconds it's now 48 on each.

Is there any way of getting 100% out the both of them?

I'm currently doing my part on milkyway@home (most crunched daily in the team & 3rd most daily in the country) and hopefully this weekend I'll be ordering a 2nd GPU for my system to crossfire it to provide even more credits. (Tim, I'll probably be consulting you on the finer points of that should it...

The cherry on the cake to go with my 1st billion is; on this new HDD and PC, I have now surpassed 100,000 tasks for milkyway. GOOD TIMES

Well they're not quite Hobnobs, but we're getting in the right direction. My wife got some shortbread in to celebrate.

Ok Well bad news 1st, my PC died completely. New hybrid HDD fitted today and i'm slowly getting it back together. I have bought some Red Fury ASIC's all currently set up and running. It seems as though my Ebay job lot may have been faulty/having crunching issues so they've been sold on. However I ha...

Well here's where I stand. I did install them all correctly, i'm sure of that. However I may have missed the power cycling step. I've given that a try on the new 3. I'll have to see how they fair up, Right now they're still stone cold. If they aren't working properly when I get in tomorrow afternoon...

Hi Tim yeah I used Zadig before I even started my BOINC, part of the initial setup process.

I followed the attached to the letter:

http://usa.lanex.com/?page_id=1828

They're all showing as USB device. If they're not performing correctly/have been overclocked is there a way to "factory reset" them?
